• First: gilded full plate, verge escapement, baluster pillars, fusee and chain, silver champlevé dial, signed to the centre Dupuis, Meming, silver case, the back bezel with cast portrait busts interspersed by flowers, the centre with aperture revealing a gilded plate depicting the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve, simple automaton of the serpent advancing around the edge, control marks to pendant

• Second: silver verge watch, gilded full plate, verge escapement, decoratively pierced and engraved balance cock, a shell at the neck, fusee and chain, baluster pillars, signed R. Motley London, no. 870, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, Arabic outer minute ring, silver inner case hallmarked London 1764 and with maker's mark R.P in rectangular cameo, associated outer tortoiseshell case

• Third: silver pair cased Dutch verge watch, gilded full plate movement signed Jn Malson, London no. 1531, silver champlevé dial, arcaded outer Arabic minute ring, banners signed to centre Malson London, silver inner and outer cases

• Fourth: pair cased verge watch with under-painted horn outer case, unsigned movement with verge escapement, white enamel dial, inner case stamped BK beneath a crown, Roman numerals, short chain and key
