Movement: chain fusee with Harrisions maintaining power, Earnshaw type detent escapement, split bi-metallic balance with helical spring, gilt plates and rear of dial numbered 375 & 868
Dial: 8cm silvered, state of wind sector and seconds dial, signed Breguet, No. 868 Depot De La Marine
Case: brass bowl gimballed in a three-tear brass bound case with brass carrying handles ivory plaque signed and numbered Breguet, No 868, lid with later brass plaque engraved 'Marala'
Accompanied by a Breguet certificate dated 18th August 2020 recording the sale of No. 868 to au Ministére de la Marine
