A bouquet of warm, spicy, violetty earth, even some candied zests. Wet leaves. Earthy, wet cedars taste, full of plummy fruit. Sugared redcurrants. Earthy tannins. In 2009, a positively hypnotising bouquet of violets, raspberries and springtime earth.
