Lot Details
Description
Château Mouton Rothschild 1984
Pauillac, 1er Cru Classé
Levels just into neck, labels slightly soiled; Niveaux juste dans le goulot, étiquettes légèrement salies
Label Artist: Agam
Smoky coffee liqueur on the nose. Lots of orange-flavoured chocolate on the palate. Amazing for the year. Finish of an espresso. Silky textured. A feat partly because it was a Cabernet Sauvignon year which, of course, suits Mouton. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
