Remember that 8ha of Cabernet Franc were planted before 1953 here! Violets and mint on the nose. Coffee and big fruit on the palate, with great inner perfume and good acidity balance. Superb wine. In 2014, vanillin on the nose. Lots of flesh and body, violets and richness. Glossy as well as structured. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
