Five interchangeable clasps: one set with a cabochon opal weighing approximately 13.7 ct and brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.70 - 1.90 carats, one set with a circular-cut citrine weighing approximately 33.5 carats and brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.00 - 1.20 carats, one designed as a massive heart in gold, and two as single cultured pearls of cream or golden tint.
