Set with a rectangular step-cut amethyst, within a surround of rose diamonds, the reverse highlighted with gold floral design, measuring approximately 33 x 25 x 15mm, numbered, French assay marks for 18 carat gold, gross weight 21.44 grams; early 20th century.
