 Accompagnée d'un certificat gemmologique. 

Claw-set with an oval sapphire framed with two heart-shaped sapphires within a surround of pear-shaped diamonds, the mount pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53 (sizing band), signed Repossi, French import assay mark for 18 carat gold, maker's mark, gross weight 12.00 grams.
