Of Renaissance Revival style, featuring a detachable quatrefoil-shaped openwork locket with elaborate polychrome enamel, set with one cushion-shaped and one cabochon ruby and accented by cabochon emeralds, single-cut diamonds and seed pearls, on a matching chain composed of links in the form of a cipher of the letters K and Y.
