Two woodblock prints
Edo period, 19th century
each a woodblock print, and comprising:
- Clam Gathering at the Sumiyoshi Inlet (Sumiyoshi ura no hamaguri-dori), from the series Modern Beauties and Scenes of the East (Tosei bijo Azuma fukei), signed Shikitei Umekuni, published by Tenmaya Kihei (Kinkado), circa 1826-38
- Memorial Portrait of the actor Bando Mitsugoro III, shini-e, right sheet of a diptych, signed Kochoro Kunisada ga (Pictured by Kochoro Kunisada), censor's seal kiwame (approved), published by Omiya Heihachi, 12th month 1831
