in Pan-Slavic taste, with geometric, foliate and floral motifs in polychrome shaded enamel, the hook handle with a cream ground, the body with a cream and forest green ground, a roundel beneath the handle inscribed with the entwined monogram CPA above '1867 23/I 1917', also inscribed under the base with the surnames 'Mininy, Matalev, Petrovy' in Cyrillic, struck to the base with maker's mark in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant, 88 standard
