BUZZ ALDRIN'S SILVER BEAVER AWARD PRESENTED BY THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA
Established in 1931, the Silver Beaver is awarded to registered Scouters of exceptional character who have provided distinguished service to their community, usually through the Boy Scouts of America but not limited to Scouting.
As a child, Buzz Aldrin was a Tenderfoot Scout in the Boy Scouts.
