4to (210 x 150mm.), woodcut portrait of the author on title-page, woodcut initials, small woodcut device beneath colophon, with final blank, modern leather over wooden boards

This is the first edition to contain a portrait and a life of Grapaldi, presumably because he had died the previous year. The text describes the various rooms of a house, including the library.
