Drawings of similar Dawenkou grey pottery vessels described as stemcups excavated from the Zouxianyedian site, Shandong province, are recorded in Provincial Museum of Shandong and Institute of Archaeology of Shandong Province (ed.), Zouxianyedian - A Neolithic Site, Beijing, 1985, p. 46, pl. 27.
