65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc. The harvest here began on 5 September, the earliest since 1893. And this is the smallest production of Cos since 1991. A tight, concentrated nose. Fresh acidity with a touch of tar on the finish. This will be a real keeper. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
