Diameter 10⅝ in., 27 cm

In very good condition, commensurate with material and age.

The lacquer with a silky, smooth patina. An old vertical crack visible running above the left hand flower to the top flower; several other shorter cracks to the rim, all as visible in the catalogue images. The rim with a 1.5cm chip to the underside, two insipient chips, with small associated losses and flakes to lacquer. Several scattered old chips to extremities of carving and foot. Some minor flaking to lacquered base.
