Overall in very good condition. When viewed in person, the console presents with outstanding scale and sculptural quality enhanced by bright colors to the base which complement the marine motif. The metal surfaces present with light surface scratches, minute edge abrasions and scuffing concentrated to the tabletop consistent with use. One small area of loss to the blue lacquer on one element of the base measuring approximately 1/4 inch wide and not visually distracting. A unique and important work by the contemporary Swiss designer.
