Created in 1962 for adventurers, the Autavia is one of Heuer's oldest collections, inspired by the dashboard from automobiles and aircrafts. Announced at Dubai Watch Week in 2017, the present watch offers a stylish twist to this traditional collection. Limited to 150 pieces only, the present Autavia is made specifically for the UAE market, featuring three brown subsidiary registers on the dial, reminiscent to so called "tropical registers" found on vintage chronograph watches. The text "Heur 02" can be found at 6 o'clock, indicating the use of a brand new caliber with the same name, consisting 168 components which propels the watch movement with maximum efficiency.
