400 bottles made. In 2018, and tasted with the 1995 - I need to do this often, to capture the essentials! A bouquet of damp woods, cèpes and oysters. There is density and concentration here, whereas the 1995 is more floral in Vinothèque. An incredible walnut taste, with lovely acidity. A huge mouthful, like being out in the oyster beds and plucking them from the sea. Glorious. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
