At the end of 2016, and before bottling in 2017, a lovely, straw-like nose, so typical of this wine, from the very best producer (in my view) of white Hermitage. Elements of orange zest and ginger. Marvellous freshness on the palate - you cannot have a great Hermitage Blanc without grapes from the clay and limestone of the Rocoules site on the slope.
