A Charles II carved oak panel-back armchair, West Yorkshire, possibly Leeds, circa 1660

Chinnery gives this chair and another to a Leeds based craftsman upon comparison with the foliate-carved lower panels of a rood screen from 1634 at St John's Church, Leeds.
