superbly modelled with an irregular shallow vessel forming the outline of a peach, rendered issuing from a gnarled branch forming the handle and set with a plump peach and curled leaves, all beneath an opaque milky-blue glaze with faint crackles and thinning at the extremities to reveal a dark body, the base inscribed with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue, Japanese wood box
