Scented Cabernet nose, plus oak and berries. Huge black fruit and coffee taste. Fine texture. Would be wonderful with rosemary- roasted lamb. Opulent black cherries on the finish. Another bottle had an amazing brambly nose, full of sweet violets, vanillin and spice. Coffee liqueur taste, coupled with lovely fresh black fruit and gummy leather flavours. A texture of pure satin. The tawny/heathery finish is the Stag's Leap distinct signature. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
