Sugata [configuration]: Shinogi-zukuri with o-kissaki, tori-zori

Kitae [forging pattern]: Konuka hada

Hamon [tempering pattern]: Gunome hamon in ko-nie

Boshi [tip]: Ichi-mai

Nakago [tang]: Ubumumei

Habaki [collar]: Copper and shakudo

Koshirae [mount]: The saya plain black lacquer, mokko-gata iron tsuba, gilt and nanako ground fuchi, the menuki of peony in silver and gilt copper alloy on a shakudo nanako ground, 99 cm., 39 in. long 

Nagasa [length from kissaki to machi]: 70.5 cm, 27¾ in.

Saki-haba [width at the yokote]: 2.1 cm., ⅞ in.
