8vo in half-sheets (205 x 125 mm). Title-page mended at inner margin, a few scattered light stains, a few headlines cropped. Calf antique, spine gilt with red morocco label, early red edges. Maroon morocco folding-case.


First edition of Almon's uncommon compilation "of the principal Facts and Papers respecting the Dispute between Great Britain and America before the Commencement of Hostilities"—i.e., from the foment of the Stamp Act to Lexington and Concord.
