Turquoise demi-parure, turquoise ring
1960s
the demi-parure comprising a pair of ear clips and a ring, each set with a turquoise cabochon, ring size J1/2; together with an additional ring pavé-set with smaller turquoise cabochons, size N1/2; and a ring claw-set with a brilliant-cut simulant diamond, size N
The demi-parure that forms a part of the present lot was a gift to Lady Patricia from May Arida (1926–2018) the Lebanese socialite who helped found the Baalbek International Festival. Her son George was a close friend of Lady Pamela Mountbatten.
