本拍品在入口香港時已付清相關稅項，但買家須自行支付所有運輸費用、及運送拍品到香港以外地區所產生的關稅或稅項。
此拍品為存世稀珍，極為罕見，屬首批厚紙8582青餅的特別版本。
原包裝的茶餅自原筒拆出，用典型微黃厚棉紙包裝，餅身寬大，邊扁平而中間位置厚漲，均是首批8582青餅的特色。「尖出」8582在內票印刷上更有著70年代的風格，紙張特厚，採硃砂紅及深綠茶字印刷，而「尖出」是指內票上「勐海茶廠出品」中上窄下寬的「出」字樣式，80年代中後期茶餅鮮有這種內票，彌足珍貴。
當年香港南天貿易公司周琮先生向勐海茶廠訂製此茶時，特意囑託茶廠參照古董號級茶的粗壯條型去拼配製作，為逹至”粗壯”效果，特以「8級」 大葉茶拼參了一些古樹野生茶去壓制。
經過30多年的自然倉存放，陳年茶香活現，且有著易武茶的甜柔口感，茶韻細膩，氣感暖和舒暢，多樣變化的厚重感，展現50年代印級皇者紅印圓茶的影子，市場因此冠以『小紅印』之名，極具收藏及品飲價值。
