39 original, ACA & NASA "black number" silver gelatin prints ( 7^1/2 x 10^1/2 in), housed together in an album, each photo accompanied by a typed explanatory text for each image written by Taub.

Taken by senior NASA photographer Bill Taub in 1958 & 1959 at the Langley Research Center in Langley Field, Virginia, select highlights include experimental wind tunnel, Project Mercury capsule model, form-fitting astronaut couches, hypersonic rocket-boosted glide vehicle models, 65-foot-tall steel bottles farm, 100-foot-diameter inflatable satellite, re-entry vehicle models, six-stage research rockets, plasma accelerator, Little Joe space capsule test vehicle, VTOL/STOL research vehicle, and X-15, B-52, and B-58 models.
