A Russian parcel-gilt silver icon of Apostles Peter and Pavel, maker's mark Cyrillic 'IV', Moscow, 1908-1917
The oklad in art nouveau style, rectangular, the saints portrayed realistically standing before a field, their halos engraved with foliate motifs and Cyrillic, the oklad repoussé and chased with scrolling foliage, struck to the lower edge and in field with maker's mark, 84 standard
