A jewelled guilloché enamel tiepin, probably Fabergé, Moscow, circa 1900


of rose gold, the terminal formed of two interlinked circles, one with translucent white guilloché enamel, the other set with rose-cut emeralds, in fitted Fabergé case

length 7 cm; 2¾in.

The design for the present tiepin relates to a known series of designs, incorporating linked circles, found in the design books of Albert Hölmstrom.
