Château Canon 1959

St. Emilion, 1er Grand Cru Classé (B)

Recorked 2000

Last tasted from magnum. Lovely, fragrant, totally classy nose. Multi-dimensional bouquet - mind-blowing. So spicy. Glorious coffee taste. Immense length and persistence. Completely eclipses the 1961, which is quite a feat.
