woodblock print, sumizuri-e, with hand-applied colour, signed in pencil to the lower left in Japanese Shiko and in Roman script Munakata, sealed, and with artist's penciled pine needle and field chrysanthemum (nogiku) mark; with woodblock printed certificate of authenticity (kanteisho) by the artist's son, Munakata Pariji (1934-1998), hand-numbered in Japanese script 5,390 and inscribed Munakta Shiko saku (made by Munakata Shiko), with two red seals, and signed Munakata Pariji
