Overall in very good condition. The wooden surfaces have been sensitively reconditioned to revitalize the rich original appearance of the wood. The wooden surfaces present with light scratches as well as small edge indentations and abrasions throughout consistent with gentle use. One stool with a crack to the wooden surface measuring approximately 5 inches long and which is stable. The other stool with a crack and corresponding abrasion to one side of the stool top measuring approximately 3 1/2 in. long and stable. The underside of the same stool with evidence of later glue application, not visible unless closely inspected. The uppermost edges of the legs have recently been professionally superglued to the stool tops to ensure stability and functionality.
