Original canvas which has worn through in the top left corner and shows some minor wear elsewhere. There are a few scratches to the sleeve and to the bottom of the coat of the central figure. Further scratches are visible in the lower right edge. There is a light layer of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light reveals no obvious signs of retouching. Framed. Unexamined out of frame.
