Mr. Sohal met Jane Fonda at the BFI, London, where there was a retrospective of her films. When the film was re-released in 1977, the studio thought that the film would be better received if the title was changed to Barbarella Queen of the Galaxy.

It is rare for anyone to have an original poster signed, as the majority of signatures are on pieces of paper, photographs, and video/DVD sleeves.

This 60s science fiction film was directed by Roger Vadim and was based on the comic series of the same name by Jean-Claude Forest. Vadim tried to cast various actors in the title role, including Virna Lisi, Brigitte Bardo, and Sophia Loren, before casting his then-wife Jane Fonda as the space-traveller Barbarella.
