the lid struck with maker's mark, probably of Esaias zur Linden, the body Andreas Lobenschortt and the foot Michael Michaelis

the lid with faint Hebrew lettering, the stem in the form of a putto balancing on a dolphin, the lid surmounted by intricate foliate scrolls
