the round scent bottle with flat copper-gilt base and chrysanthemum-shaped screw-top, decorated in various coloured cloisonné enamels and thicknesses of gold and silver wire, with roundels each depicting a butterfly among chrysanthemum and wild pinks, one on a blue ground, the other on a mottled green ground, signed Kyoto Namikawa (workshop of Namikawa Yasuyuki, 1845-1927)
