Attractive sapphire, ruby and diamond ring
Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire, the mount embellished with buff-top rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 54, signed Bulgari, Italian assay mark for gold and maker's mark.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 118627, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 118627, stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire stated to weigh 45.62 carats, measuring approximately 20.35 x 19.35 x 12.75mm, is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating;
and GRS report no. 2021-048786, stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire stated to weigh 45.62 carats, measuring 20.33 x 19.30 x 12.71mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
Signed BVLGARI, maker's mark for Bulgari. Italian assay mark for 18 carat gold. Inscribed cts 45.62 referring to the carat weight of the sapphire. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions. For further details about the sapphire, please refer to the gemmological report. Rubies purplish red with some typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, a few nicks and abrasions consistent with wear. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 - 3.00 carats, F-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Few scratches consistent with age and wear. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 26 grams.
