Set with a cabochon sapphire weighing 10.09 carats, within a double frame of brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, size 56, signed Boucheron, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark, case stamped Boucheron.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 118856, stating that the sapphire is of Basaltic deposit, with no indications of heating.
