Claw-set with a step-cut sapphire weighing 28.84 carats, between shield-shaped diamond shoulders, size 461/2, signed Bulgari, numbered, maker's mark.


Accompanied by SSEF report no. 112106, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating, together with an appendix letter.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 112106, stating that the sapphire weighing 28.84 carats, measuring 18.50 x 13.60 x 11.22mm, is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating, together with an appendix letter. Signed BVLGARI, N.Y., numbered C764, maker's mark for Bulgari. Stamped PT950 for platinum and 750 for 18 carat gold. Inscribed 28.83 referring to the stated carat weight of the sapphire. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with a few abrasion and nicks around the facet edges. For more information on the sapphire, please refer to the SSEF report. Scratches to the metal consistent with use, evidence of resizing. Overall, in good condition. Gross weight approximately 12 grams.
