The tops of foliate design set with round and single-cut diamonds, suspending four semi-baroque drop-shaped natural pearls measuring approximately 11.1 x 9.4 mm and 11.7 x 8.8 mm, further decorated with tapered baguette and single-cut diamonds, pendants detachable for alternative wear, one small single-cut diamond missing.
