67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, a very different grape variety composition when compared with recent years. In 2021, and in magnum, enormously captivating on the nose, spicy, stylish and 'racé'. A brilliantly balanced expression of a hot, early vintage. Aromatic and juicy on the palate, with a silky, beguiling texture over its undoubted volume. A day later, along it came again, but in bottle this time, confirming all the above but with a delicate nuance of increased adulthood! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
