Executed in 1920.

The canvas is laid onto board, probably by the artist, and appears in very good overall condition. Minor spot of paint loss underneath the signature. Ultraviolet light reveals some minor retouchings along the left edge, to the figure's left forearm and a few minor instances within the background. Held in a gilt plaster frame.
