The present GMT-Master features a brown and yellow colour scheme reminiscent to the popular fizzy drink "Root Beer", thus gaining the pleasant nickname. This rich and captivating wristwatch on the other hand, is often seen sported by the movie director Clint Eastwood. In 2018, Rolex introduced the new "Root Beer" reference 126711CHNR, this time with a black and brown colour scheme which fearues a cerachrom bezel.
