Debuted as a dress watch by Patek Philippe, the reference 3593 is a water resistant timepiece housed in a Calatrava styled case. In production from 1970 to 1983, it is an important timepiece to the development of Patek Philippe at the time as it bears the same movement which is later presented in the iconic 3700 Nautilus in 1976.
