The present watch is an early example of Patek Philippe's open face watch fitted with a mother-of-pearl dial, Breguet numerals and hands. Being a highly unusual variant of a time only dress watch. The dial is constructed from mother-of-pearl which completely transforms the appearance and gives the watch a very unusual look.
Furthermore the watch in very good overall condition for it's age is presented with complete accessories
