The passage of time is indeed an abstract phenomenon well depicted by Cartier's mesmerizing fantasies. Featuring Arabic numerals and a bubbly crystal surface, the present watch is set with 366 diamonds weighing approximately 8 carats. Made exclusively for Cartier boutiques only, it was originally released in 2007 as a special edition.
