The reference 16710 was manufactured between 1989 and 2007, replacing the outgoing reference 16760 and now boasting a slimmer case design. Over the course of its relatively long production, the model underwent several progressive improvements and it was available with bezels in plain black, red and black (Coke) and red and blue (Pepsi) such as the present example. The present lot from 2002 is among the last batch to still feature lugholes, as starting in 2003 the case was slightly modified to eliminate the exterior holes on the sides of the lugs.
Bought at Goldsmiths in Middlesbrough, this GMT-Master II is offered in attractive serviced condition by it original owner, and is further accompanied by its guarantee and presentation case with outer packaging.
