Rolex introduced a handful of new GMT-Master II models during Baselworld 2018 including, for the first time, one cased in 18-karat Everose gold (alongside a ‘Rolesor’ model in Oystersteel and Everose gold). The case is the maxi sized 40 mm with a bidirectional rotating Cerachrom bezel graduated with a 24-hour scale. The bezel design is reminiscent of the root beer GMT models of the 1970’s which are undergoing a renaissance in collector circles. Behind the dial, Rolex updated the movement (cal. 3285) of the GMT increasing the power reserve from around 50 hours to 70 hours.

The present lot is offered by its original owner in almost unused condition and as a complete set including warranty card and presentation case with outer packaging.
