The Reine De Naples collection was first founded in 1812 as the first ever wristwatch to be created for a queen, Caroline Murat the Queen of Naples. Featuring an oval shaped case, off-center dial and a strap made of gold thread, the watch commissioned by the queen displays a striking illustration of the maison’s technical prowess while showcases an unmatched femininity of a beautiful jewellery watch.
Today, there have been many iterations of the model created, however each and every single one of them are an example of horological artistry and technical mastery. The present watch, introduced to the market in 2015 is an exquisite example from the collection. Encased in a marvelous white gold and set with a stunning 217 of both brilliant and baguette-cut diamonds, the watch is further enhanced by an uncommon art deco inspired diamond-set bracelet with sapphire cabochon highlighting each link in between.
